INFORMATION FOR EXISTING ACCOUNT HOLDERS REGARDING THE UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ENFORCEMENT ACT (REGULATION GG)

Please note that effective June 1, 2010, the terms and conditions that apply to your account now include Regulation GG. (UIGEA)

According to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, entities engaged in gambling may not knowingly accept payments from entities engaged in unlawful internet gambling. Specifically, "restricted" transactions are prohibited from being processed through any accounts. Regulation GG considers restricted transactions to generally include , but not limited to, those in connection with unlawful internet gambling involving: credit, electronic funds transfers, checks or drafts.
